I am in a wheel chair. Am I legally required to have a hand brake restriction on my driver's license?
For some further information, I can't move my legs, so I can't drive without hand brakes installed in the car that I plan on driving. I do have a normal driver's license and car insurance. I am getting ready to drive for the first time after I've become paralyzed and I really need to know the answer to the above question to keep my driving legal.

I did not see the chair at first, I saw the woman sitting in the chair. She was soo beautiful, not only on the outside, but I personally believed on the inside as well. I have a friend in a wheel chair who wont cheer up...?
My friend is about 10 years old and is in the hospital. I visit her about everyday. She was in a really bad car crash and she is fine, except she messed up a couple of nerves in her back and now is a paraplegic. She wont cheer up, and even when the nurse says I can, she wont let me push her in her wheel chair around her room. How do I cheer her up?
